Payment

We offer many options for payment types- venmo, paypal, major credit cards and shop pay which allows you to pay in installments.

Shipping 

For items that are in-stock, we ship within 3-5 days of receiving your full payment. All items will be shipped USPS priority or first class with tracking and insurance, the cost of these is included in your shipping price.  IF YOU NEED RUSH SHIPPING please contact us before placing the order to make sure we are able to accommodate your request.

At the moment we offer no international shipping. 

Returns/Exchanges 

All products have sizing and measurements clearly provided in their descriptions. Please read full product descriptions and ask questions prior to purchasing. We gladly accept returns if the product is in an unused and and in original condition for exchange only or offer a store credit within 5 days of delivery of your returned item. Please contact us within 3 days of delivery. Customized or personalized orders cannot be returned or exchanged.

We are not responsible for item wear that is a result of customer negligence such as the following; obvious hair loss due to constant friction/rubbing, over packing, exposure to harsh environmental conditions like water or sun damage.

Custom Orders

For customizable or personalized orders please reach out to us at xroadscreations2022@gmail.com to get the process started.

Products such as our Totes, the Stacie, the Arya or Horizon bags are fukky customizable (liner, type of strap, zipper or closure etc).

On some items we can offer personalization such as adding initials.

We also do tooled bags and would love to discuss it with you to see if that is something we can add into your wearable art collection.
